10:00-10:30 Leo Pappukutty Luke – Advanced Process Control for Continuous Flow Ohmic Heater (CFOH) Using Nonlinear Auto-Regressive Moving Average (NARMA-L2) Controller
Luke is a first year PhD student at AFIC focussing on model-based MEF/Ohmic Heating food processing. He is supervised by Hongwei Zhang, Walid Issa and James Spendlove.
10:30-11:00 Richard Gillis – A Hydrodynamic Characterisation of the Food-grade Polysaccharide Arabinogalactan
Richard is a lecturer in Food Science and Technology in the Department of Service Sector Management.
