DESCRIPTION:Did you know that qualitative and mixed methods data can be acc
 essed for research?\n\nThe UK Data Service provides access to a range of q
 ualitative and mixed-methods data\, including ethnographic data and field 
 notes\, images\, oral history transcripts\, and essay responses. This work
 shop will help you get started searching for qualitative and mixed methods
  data with new search tools\, like QualiBank\, and help you quickly naviga
 te through datasets to see if it's the right data for your project.\n\nThi
 s free introductory workshop is intended for anyone who wants to learn abo
 ut the qualitative or mixed-methods data available from the UK Data Servic
 e.\n\nThe workshop will cover:\n\n 	the types of qualitative data availabl
 e from the UK Data Service\n 	a short case study exemplifying how qualitat
 ive data has been used\n 	3 key issues to consider when using searching fo
 r qualitative data\n 	how to access the data and getting further help\n\nP
