DESCRIPTION:We would like to invite you to the next session in the RLDC ser
 ies that will be delivered online via Zoom on Wednesday 18th September (1
 0.00-11.30).\n\nThe session will enable us to share ideas around what help
 s and hinders the development of an inclusive and supportive research cult
 ure and will explore the following key themes:\n\n 	Supportive culture –
  generic initiatives Aimed at those new to /not traditionally involved in
  research\n 	In search of equity\n 	Embedding EDI Recognizing particular 
 forms of exclusion\; identifying particular forms of support\n 	Surviving 
 the Current Financial Climate\n\nSchedule: The session will include a mix
 ture of short talks\, small group exchange and (numbers permitting) whole 
 group discussion.\n\n10.00-10.05      Welcome/introductions\n\n10.05-
 10.25      Break-out rooms addressing key themes and facilitated by p
 anellists so that any key questions can be fed back and addressed in futur
