SUMMARY:Joining A Supervisory Team Mid-Project 
DESCRIPTION:This session will focus on joining a supervisory team part-way 
 through a candidate’s doctorate.  We will use it to highlight some of 
 the key issues to be aware of\, and recommended actions in relation to man
 aging health and safety\; ethics\; and an in-progress research project. 
  There will also be time allocated to discussion of approaches to devel
 op and manage new team relationships\, and opportunities to ask questions.
