The Researcher and Innovator (R&I) staff network is being piloted for 2024/25 to provide a mechanism of connecting, supporting and amplifying the voices of the R&I community to support a thriving, inclusive R&I culture at Sheffield Hallam.
The primary role of the network is to:
- Bring together people with an interest in and/or some responsibility for researcher and innovator development to share ideas and best practice.
- Provide opportunities for researchers and innovators across the university to celebrate successes, learn together and create connections.
- Seek feedback from representatives at Early Career, Established Researcher and Research Leader level from across the University.
