If you are a researcher looking to translate primary research into healthcare technologies, you may in interested in attending Demystifying MedTech Translation: Critical Questions and Essential Tools this September.
This is a free, two-day masterclass from Yorkshire MedTech and Medipex, designed as an introduction to MedTech translation. It will help participants explore three key questions:
- Am I solving a real health or care problem?
- How can I develop my idea into a product that healthcare systems can adopt?
- What evidence do I need to engage partners, stakeholders and funders?
Topics include clinical need, value propositions, adoption pathways and generating evidence to support innovation.
The programme is recommended for academics considering translational research funding applications and those interested in moving research towards real-world healthcare impact.
