Welcome to the Researcher and Innovator Development Academy (RIDA) website. RIDA is the University’s academy for people involved in Research and Innovation (R&I) activities at all career stages and roles at Sheffield Hallam University. Here you will find our university-wide coordinated training and development offer in one place, making it easier for our current and future staff and students to access. It is a work in progress, and we welcome your feedback and suggestions.

The RIDA website replaces the Doctoral School blogsite and Researcher Development SharePoint site. Information on Doctoral Policy and Processes and Regulations can still be found on the Research Degrees Blackboard site. There is also a RIDA Blackboard site where you can access resources. Most recordings are restricted to Sheffield Hallam staff and students – use your normal shu login to access them via Panopto.
